Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If something is not right, we are happy to exchange it.
1. Eligibility
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed and in the condition you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Please share your order number or proof of purchase.
2. Items that cannot be exchanged
- Customized or personalized products
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered
3. How to request an exchange
- Email us at clothesense.com@gmail.com with your order number and the item and size you want instead.
- Our team will guide you through the rest of the process.
4. Delivery charges for exchanges
- An exchange delivery charge of Rs. 300 applies anywhere in Pakistan.
- You pay the cost of sending the item back, unless it arrived damaged or defective. We recommend a trackable courier service.
- If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us right away with photos and we will make it right.
